Jeff began his career in sales at Call4 Wireless where he spent nearly two years specializing in the wireless communications industry attracting and retaining accounts such as Northwest Airlines, American Express and Burlington Northern Rail Road.

From there Jeff joined United Properties, where he was responsible for assisting in the marketing of both sales and leasing assignments with his industrial/office real estate team.  Jeff was instrumental in the disposition of the former Nordic Track facility in Chaska, and assisted Payless Cashways in the disposition of the Knox Lumber facilities across Minnesota.

After working with United Properties for nearly six years, Jeff made the switch from industrial to retail and joined Hertel & Janisch at H.J. Development.  In 2006 Jeff became a Partner in the company and in addition to leasing has taken on a new role as a Developer.

Jeff, his wife Emily, and their children reside in Delano, Minnesota.
