Maplewood Town Center is located along County Road D in Maplewood, MN and offers excellent visibility and access to I-694 via White Bear Avenue.  The multi-building development is approximately 101,379 square feet, and is anchored by retail giant Best Buy.

According to a recent MNDOT traffic study, approximately 23,000 vpd travel the section of White Bear Avenue closest to Maplewood Town Center, and approximately 74,000 cars per day pass the center along I-694.

Maplewood Town Center is conveniently located across the street from the Maplewood Regional Mall.  Anchored by Sears, Macy's, JC Penney, and Kohl's department stores, the mall is a major retail center for the residents of Maplewood, White Bear Lake, Little Canada, North St. Paul, Vandais Heights and Oakdale.

The center was built in 1987 and the in-line retail shoppes were remodeled in 2008.  

In 2012 DSW was welcomed to the development when the former 40,000 sf Best Buy building was downsized and given a complete exterior face lift.

In September 2013 the center was once again remodeled to welcome OfficeMax.
