Chris joined H.J. Development in 2006 to focus on leasing and developing properties in H.J. Development's portfolio.  His knowledge of the industry and strong work ethic have made him a valuable asset to the company.

While at H.J. Development Chris has been involved in numerous sale and lease transactions as well as negotiated build-to-suit agreements with a number of both local and national companies.

Before joining H.J. Development, Chris worked for Grubb &Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services where he represented both landlords and tenants in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market in meeting their real estate needs.  Chris is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he studied economics.

Chris is Immediate Past President of the MN/Dakota's CCIM Chapter and is also actively involved with the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Minnesota Medical Group Management Association, and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.

Outside of the office Chris enjoys spending time in the outdoors running, fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Chris currently resides in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
