Riverdale Crossing enjoys a highly visible and accessible location at the northwest corner of Highway 10 and Round Lake Boulevard in Coon Rapids, MN.

According to a recent MNDOT traffic study, approximately 67,000 cars per day pass the center along Highway 10 & approximately 34,000 cars per day travel Round Lake Boulevard.  An estimated 8,600 vehicles use Riverdale Drive on a daily basis.

Walmart and Cub Foods offer excellent synergy for cross-traffic, high sales, and tenant retention.  Walmart's sales are in the range of $70-$80 million, and Cub Foods is a dominant grocer in the Twin Cities.  

Riverdale Crossing was built in 1990.  In 2005 the development was updated with new building facades, updated pylon signs, and beautiful landscaping.
